Additionally when you make a Form Submission or Newsletter Email Subscriptions on the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email address.  We refer to this information as “Form Submission Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Form Submission, Newsletter Email Subscriptions Information.

We primarily use the information we collect to respond to emails received through Form Submissions on the Site, utilizing your provided name and email address for this purpose. Additionally, we use this information to distribute our regular Newsletter emails to users who have opted in for our Newsletter Email Subscriptions, as well as to those who submit their details through the Form Submission process.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address and browser type), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Ubunzo does not knowingly accept or solicit information from individuals under the age of 18. Upon the receipt of actual knowledge that an individual under the age of 13 has provided personally identifiable information to Ubunzo without parental consent, Ubunzo shall delete that information as soon as reasonably practical.
