There isn’t one. You can submit unlimited requests for any 3D design task. We’ll work with you to prioritize tasks and begin work one at a time—as long as your subscription is active. No hidden conditions. (Just be sure to review our Terms of Service).

Most requests are completed within two days or less. More complex tasks—like full 3D animations or large sets of renders—may take longer, but we keep you updated at every stage. You can also see the task status in the Notion board.

Once you subscribe, we’ll set you up with your own Notion board and create a Slack or Discord group—whichever you prefer. This usually takes under an hour. If you’d rather use your own internal system, we’re happy to adapt.

Nope. You can queue as many tasks as you like. We handle them one by one. If feedback comes in on a previous task, we’ll pause the current one, apply revisions, then pick up where we left off. Revisions are unlimited and included.

Larger tasks—like promo videos or big batches of stills—are broken into manageable parts on our end. A 3D video, for example, may include subtasks like storyboard, blocking, animation, stylizing, and post-production. You’ll see steady progress every 24–48 hours.

A request is any task that requires time and creative work from our team. That could be a new animation, a still image, revisions, or building a set of visuals for a campaign.

Sure. If you submit three tasks and give us priorities, we’ll start with the top one. While you review that, we’ll move on to the next. If your feedback comes in later, we’ll pause the current task to make adjustments—then resume where we left off.

We work with Cinema 4D, Blender, Houdini, Maya, and a wide range of plugins and render engines—whatever the project calls for.

You can request designs directly in Notion, or via Slack, Discord, email, or even a call. We’re flexible—whatever keeps the process smooth for you.

Not a problem. We revise until you’re 100% satisfied. No extra fees, no stress.

You’re in full control. If you don’t have enough work to fill a month, you can pause your subscription. Each billing cycle is 31 days. For example, if you use 21 days and pause, you’ll have 10 days banked to use later. No pressure, no waste.

Totally fine. Use your subscription for a single request, then pause. You’ll keep any unused time and can return whenever you have more work.

Due to the high-quality, custom nature of our work, we don’t offer refunds or partial refunds, but you can pause and save your remaining days for later.

Payments are handled securely via Stripe. You can cancel anytime via your Stripe client portal or by contacting us directly. No hidden fees, no penalties—your subscription simply won’t renew.

Absolutely. Whether you need us for a month or a year, it’s up to you. Pause or cancel anytime, and come back whenever your design needs ramp up again.

The 3-day free trial gives you full access to explore the service and see if it’s the right fit for you. After the trial period ends, your account will automatically be charged the full subscription amount unless you cancel before the trial expires. Please note that the trial is only available once per client or company. We also reserve the right to discontinue or revoke trial access at any time.
